1. Overview

TUTA is a learning platform that connects students, teachers, guardians, and administrators for lessons, assessments, scheduling, messaging and related education services.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

Users must provide accurate information when creating accounts. Guardians are responsible for student access where applicable. Teachers are responsible for keeping their public profile, qualifications, and pricing information accurate.

3. Acceptable Use

Users may not misuse the platform, upload harmful content, impersonate others, bypass security, abuse messaging tools or use TUTA for unlawful purposes. TUTA may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

4. Teacher Services

Teachers are responsible for the quality, timeliness, and accuracy of the lessons and educational materials they provide. Visibility in discovery does not guarantee bookings. TUTA may review or moderate teacher profiles and content.

5. Payments

Some services on TUTA may require payment. Prices, discounts, and refunds are handled according to the payment and refund policies shown on the platform. Payment providers may include third-party processors.

6. Content and Uploads

Users retain responsibility for the materials they upload, including assignments, assessments, profile information and messages. By using the platform, users grant TUTA the limited rights needed to store, display, and process that content to provide the service.

7. Availability

TUTA aims to provide reliable access, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Features may change, be improved or be removed over time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TUTA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use, teacher performance, missed lessons, or user-generated content.

9. Termination

TUTA may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, pose a security risk, or misuse the platform. Users may also stop using the platform at any time.
